At Liberty Plastics, we handle projects from low volume single cavity tooling, to multi-cavity class production tooling. With our expertise in the industry and our established working relationships with tooling sources, we are able to bring any plastic project from initial concept to full production.

Liberty plastics maintains all tooling in house with regular scheduled maintenance performed on all tools. Liberty Plastics can run your new tooling or manage the build of new tooling through one of our mold-building partners.

We strive to meet your injection molding requirements.  This includes:

  • Single cavity prototyping in aluminum or steel.

AUTOMATION

Automation has been the key to success for Liberty Plastics, helping to ensure optimal quality and performance for plastic injection molded parts. Robotics and automation are a critical component of the part and mold design, plastic injection molding process and integrated operations. Liberty plastics is committed to continuous improvement of the speed and reliability of our plastic injection molding processes. All molding machines at Liberty Plastics are equipped with a 3 axis all servo robot helping to minimize human interaction, and provide turnkey manufacturing.

The effective integration of robotics and automation in plastic injection molding provides many advantages, including:

ASSEMBLY

Liberty Plastics packages, assembles and performs all secondary operations to help shorten the supply chain , provide turnkey manufacturing, and reduce lead times and overall costs. Assembly and secondary operations are performed in-cycle and in-house.
