Liberty Plastics is looking for a full time process technician. The skilled and experience candidate of this position will be required to start-up, shut-down and troubleshoot injection molding equipment as well as automation processes. The technician will be responsible for setting up the injection molding machines and all auxiliary equipment that is involved in the manufacture of product. This technician will also be responsible to plan, analyze and control the quality of the manufacture process. This position may require supervisory responsibilities when needed.

Requirements for this position included:

 

  • HSD/GED or equivalent
  • 1-3 years plastic injection molding experience preferred
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Experience with Toshiba and Nissei preferred

Liberty Plastics is looking for production operators for full time production inspection positions. These individuals will be required to inspect, assemble, and package plastic injection molded parts. They must also possess the skills and abilities to perform the duties and tasks associated with working in a manufacturing environment, and operating injection molding and operating equipment. This includes injection molding machines, equipment used to perform assembly tasks in manufacture of work in process and/or the final product. All products must be inspected to ensure they meet or exceed established quality levels and standards.

As an Injection Molding Material Handler, they will be integral to the efficient operation of our plastics injection molding process. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, their primary responsibilities will include material handling, operating forklifts, and mixing materials. They must also possess the skills and abilities to perform the duties and tasks associated with working in a manufacturing environment.
